Erin has been a personal trainer and group exercise instructor for 9 years. A former NCAA D1 swimmer, he has taught a variety of classes from Bootcamp, to Spinn, to Body Sculpt. He has a BS and MS in Kinesiology, is a Certified Exercise Physiologist (ACSM), and a Corrective Exercise Specialist (NASM). He is also an ACSM workshop instructor for its CPT and EP-C exams through the Fitness Education Network.
Full-time musician turned trainer, Mark found his passion getting to help others become better versions of themselves. He is a Cooper Institute Certified Personal trainer. He has been training personal, small group, and boot camps for the past 5 years.
Ty has been training for 5 years in both personal and group training. His training style stems from being a collegiate athlete, as well as having a passion for functional fitness while working in the field of physical therapy throughout his time in college. He received his degree in Kinesiology and obtained his Personal Training Certification (ISSA), Corrective Exercise Specialist Certification (ISSA), and his Sports Nutritionist Certification (ISSA).
CeCe has a passion for making women feel good both mentally and physically through fitness. Graduating with a BS in Kinesiology and holding a personal training certification through ACE, she has been in the fitness industry for 6 years teaching group fitness classes, semi-personal training, and personal training classes.
Former NFL and Arena Football player, Adron is now the owner of Tennell Elite Training - getting back to the basics. Athletes will receive a customized program that includes position-specific training - with all the tools to get them ready! His personal training focus is on footwork drills, agility drills, hurdle drills, cone drills and position drills. Each position has a specific job to do and by teaching athletes how to better understand their desired position and their role will benefit them tremendously. It’s my job to help these athletes understand their position's responsibility.
Tuesdae is a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) through the National Council of Strength and Fitness. She is also a member of the USPRES.org. Since her early twenties she has had a passion for health, nutrition, and fitness. She specializes in weight loss, general fitness, athletic performance and functionality. She has worked with all ages and enjoys helping others reach their
goals to become the best version of themselves.
Dylan received his BS in Kinesiology and has worked as a strength and conditioning coach with youth and collegiate athletes, general population, and special needs. His speciality is Strength and Hypertrophy Training, but is dedicated to facilitate any client goals. He is a certified personal trainer (CPT) through ACSM.
Walter had been training clients for 6 years. He got his start coaching CrossFit, and now has turned to training in group fitness and one-on-one sessions. His training style is very functional fitness focused, with everyday movements mastered before complex; form, form, form. He has obtained his Personal Training Certification through ISSA.
Adam has been in the fitness industry for over 20 years, and is a certified personal trainer through multiple organizations such as NASM and ACE. He is also a certified martial arts instructor holding multiple black belts including reaching master level in both taekwondo and hapkido. He is also an official inductee in the U.S.A. Martial Arts Hall of Fame. Whatever your goal may be, Adam can help you reach it!
Timothy has been training for 8 years and specializes in hypertrophy and muscular endurance. His training style has helped his clients not only lose weight and burn body fay - but add lean muscle, improve core stability, and flexibility. He graduated with a BS in Kinesiology and MS in Sports Administration. Timothy also holds his personal training certification through the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM). His main goal is to help each client unlock their true potential and conquer their ideal fitness goals.
Jeremiah is a Nutrition Specialist, Master Fitness Trainer, Endurance Training Specialist, Bodybuilding Specialist, and Cancer Recovery Treatment Specialist. He offers “limited space” personal training and group sessions, 1-on-1 personal training sessions, and Personalized Nutrition Service. He guarantees results with any of these services!
Carlo has a passion for the sport of Mixed Martial Arts and that passion lead him down the path of becoming a Fitness trainer. Now a NASM Personal trainer and an AFAA Group fitness trainer, he can help you conquer your fitness goals and get you into fighting shape! Tabatha has worked as a Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Coach for two years in the Dallas area since graduating from DePauw University with a BA in the Musical Arts in 2018. She is certified through NASM and has experience with the Equinox Elite training program, VIPR techniques, and has a passion for posture and chronic pain correction.
As an athlete, Dr. D competed at an international level and was the national record holder for his country, Cyprus, on multiple occasions at the field event of hammer throwing. While competing at the D1 level in the USA, he graduated with a BS in Exercise Science and later completed his Doctorate in Chiropractic. He is always striving to improve his knowledge and understanding of how the human body works and uses that knowledge to improve his patient's lives. This led him to continue his education in Functional Neurology, Functional Immunology, and Functional Medicine. He is now the owner of the mobile practice, PEAKiropractic, providing Precise, Effective, Alternative, Kiropractic to the DFW area.
