Erin has been a personal trainer and group exercise instructor for 7 years. He has taught a variety of classes from bootcamp, to Spinn, to Body Sculpt. He has a BS and MS in Kinesiology, is a Certified Exercise Physiologist (ACSM), and a Corrective Exercise Specialist (NASM).
Full-time musician turned trainer, Mark found his passion getting to help others become better versions of themselves. He is a Cooper Institute Certified Personal trainer. He has been training personal, small group, and boot camps for the past 5 years.
CeCe has a passion for making women feel good both mentally and physically through fitness. Graduating with a BS in Kinesiology and holding a personal training certification through ACE, she has been in the fitness industry for 6 years teaching group fitness classes, semi-personal training, and personal training classes.
Stephen has been a Personal Fitness Trainer for 17 years. Before turning his passion for fitness into a career he spent 20 years in the business field with his last position being a Project Manager for the Tricon Chain. Stephen brings excitement to exercise for a group of clients that has ranged from stroke victims to young athletes. He is Cooper Institute Certified with several specialty certifications including PNF Stretching, BOSU and Resist-A-Ball.
Chris is a former NFL receiver who’s turned his passion for playing into training. Chris' focus is sport and skill specific training, but will work with anyone who wants to become fitter and just feel overall healthier. Chris is a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) through ACE. He has been training individuals and small groups of all fitness levels for 2 years
Dylan received his BS in Kinesiology and has worked as a strength and conditioning coach with youth and collegiate athletes, general population, and special needs. His speciality is Strength and Hypertrophy Training, but is dedicated to facilitate any client goals. He is a certified personal trainer (CPT) through ACSM.
U'Kay runs his own fitness company (LifeChangINC), catering towards youth skill and performance training, while dually structured to provide strength and conditioning circuits for all adults. With 10+ years in the fitness industry, U'kay has a wealth of knowledge and experience. He currently holds both a CPT and Youth Fitness Trainer certification through ISSA. Anything from boot camp style classes to small-group, and one-on-one training are all things that U'kay has proven to execute at a high level.
Former NFL and Arena Football player, Adron is now the owner of Tennell Elite Training - getting back to the basics. Athletes will receive a customized program that includes position-specific training - with all the tools to get them ready! Focus is on footwork drills, agility drills, hurdle drills, cone drills and position drills. Each position has a specific job to do and by teaching athletes how to better understand their desired position and their role will benefit them tremendously. It’s my job to help these athletes understand their position's responsibility.

Since her early twenties she has had a passion for health, nutrition, and fitness. She specializes in weight loss, general fitness, athletic performance and functionality. Deekay was drawn to yoga as an escape from the corporate world, to reduce anxiety, and get back in touch with her spirituality. Moving the body with the breath helps clear the mind. Her teaching and life are a reflection of this path. Gaining mastery with, the connections between body, mind, emotions and life for more empowered and truthful living. Her hope for students, is upon leaving her is they feel more clear, connected, aligned, and alive.
